The Idea
The story of The Curry Lab began at our very own cafe, Zest Cafe Clare, in the Clare Valley. Driven by our passion for exceptional food and genuine hospitality, we envisioned creating a destination where authentic Indian cuisine could be experienced in a fresh and exciting way.
2025
The Experiments
Our kitchen at Zest Cafe Clare became the birthplace of endless creativity. Through countless recipe trials, flavour explorations, and refined techniques, we carefully crafted a menu that honours India's rich culinary heritage while embracing a modern approach.

The Opening
With years of dedication behind us, The Curry Lab proudly opened its doors in the Barossa. More than just a restaurant, we created a welcoming space where exceptional food, warm hospitality, and memorable moments come together for every guest.
